Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Tiny Bloom. By using our service you agree to be bound by them.
Last updated: 26 October 2026 · Effective: 26 October 2026
Plain-English summary: Tiny Bloom helps parents and caregivers organize family life. Subscription options and prices are shown before purchase. Your content remains yours, and you can request account deletion at any time. These Terms do not remove consumer rights that apply where you live.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Tiny Bloom application or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms are an agreement between you and Partora, the developer and operator of Tiny Bloom.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Description of the service
Tiny Bloom is a family organization and parenting companion available on mobile and web. Depending on your account and region, the Service may include:
- · Daily family planning and scheduling tools
- · Child milestone and development tracking
- · Memory journal and photo storage
- · Health and wellness tracking for children
- · AI-powered meal planning with dietary and allergy filters
- · Family sharing and collaboration tools
- · Voice logging and Bloom AI assistance
- · Routines, meal planning, school discovery and family reminders
The Service and its features may change as we maintain and improve Tiny Bloom. We may suspend a feature temporarily for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. If we discontinue a paid feature or the Service, we will provide notice where reasonably possible and comply with applicable law.
Important: Tiny Bloom is a planning and organization tool, not a medical service. AI-generated content and other suggestions are general information, not medical, nutritional, psychological, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional about your child's health and wellbeing.
3. Accounts and registration
- · You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- · You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- · You must provide accurate and current information when registering
- · You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at security@tinybloom.app
- · One person may not maintain more than one free account
- · Accounts are personal and non-transferable
Family sharing invitations let you give selected family members or caregivers access to information in your family space. Choose permissions carefully and remove access when it is no longer needed. You must have permission to share any information you add about another person. See our Privacy Policy for details about shared access and personal information.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Plans and trials: Available plans, features, trial eligibility and trial length are shown in the app or at checkout before you subscribe. Trial offers may vary by account, platform or region. Any conversion from a trial to a paid subscription will be disclosed before you confirm.
Price and billing: The price, billing period, renewal date and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase. Prices may be localized by your country or payment platform. Subscriptions may be purchased through Google Play, Apple, or our web billing provider, and the relevant provider processes the payment under its own terms.
Renewal and cancellation: If a subscription renews automatically, the checkout or platform will tell you before you confirm. Cancel through the platform or billing settings used for purchase, before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Access generally continues through the period already paid for, subject to the provider's terms and applicable law. Deleting your Tiny Bloom account does not necessarily cancel a subscription; cancel it separately with the provider.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the provider through which you purchased the subscription and are subject to that provider's rules and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund or cancellation rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- · Violate any applicable law or regulation
- · Upload or share content that is abusive, harmful, offensive, or illegal
- · Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's account
- · Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- · Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service
- · Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent
- · Impersonate any person or entity
- · Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to harm the Service or its users
Violating these acceptable-use rules may result in content removal, suspension, or termination where appropriate. We will provide notice where reasonably possible. Any refund entitlement remains subject to applicable law and the payment provider's terms.
6. Your content
You retain your rights. Memories, photos, notes, logs, and other material you submit to Tiny Bloom (“User Content”) remain yours, subject to any rights belonging to other people.
You give Partora a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit User Content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the features you use, including family sharing and AI features you choose to use. We do not sell your content or use it for third-party advertising. Some features require processing by service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI features: When you use Bloom AI or voice logging, relevant prompts, voice audio, and context may be sent to third-party AI providers to provide the feature. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. Further details, including provider processing, are in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you add to the Service, including photos. You must not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
Upon account deletion, all User Content is permanently deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Partora or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial family use. Except where the law permits, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
Tiny Bloom names and logos may be trademarks of Partora or its licensors. You may not use them without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant that:
- · The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- · Any meal suggestions, activity plans, or milestone prompts are medically or nutritionally complete or accurate for your specific child
- · Bloom AI responses are accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation
Tiny Bloom does not provide medical, nutritional, psychological, or childcare advice. Suggestions are for general information and planning only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your child's health.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Partora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to that, our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid directly to Partora for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Termination
By you: You may stop using Tiny Bloom and request account deletion at any time. Cancel any subscription separately through the provider you used to purchase it; see the Privacy Policy for deletion details.
By us: We may restrict or suspend access if reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or comply with law, or if you materially violate these Terms. We will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue where reasonably possible and lawful.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Dubai, subject to any right you have under applicable law to bring a claim elsewhere.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section removes any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts available to you under the laws that apply in your country.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page and, where a change is material, provide notice through the app, by email, or by another reasonable method before it takes effect where required by law.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Service and contact us to close your account. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
